Prior to our local outdoor sports show, I was asked if I’d like to give something away during their hourly giveaways. Some of the vendors provide tackle, fishing poles, gear, etc. What in the world would The Hunter’s Wife giveaway?

So I made these …

I saw the cute heart charms and key rings online and found bear, fish and feather charms at our local craft store. I put them in a box with my business card and wrapped a little cougar ribbon around them with a simple note card attached.  I thought they turned out cute. And I’ve had my keychain on my key ring for about 2 months now. Thankfully nothing has fallen off yet.

Just a side note:  One of the winners from the Sports Show is a nurse at an Illinois cardiology department.  She loved it!

I couldn’t resist posting these pics of this awesome Utah mule deer. I figured it would help fuel that fire until deer season. These pictures were taken on the Ute Reservation near Vernal Utah. Wish I had more info than that… but I don’t. Enjoy.
